Today we are able to offer dedicate solution suitable for all the PU systems available in the market but leaving the freedom to our customers to purchase directly from the main release agents ‘s suppliers in the market. If the client desire to have just one supplyier for all DN can offer this additional service.
In Mould Coating ( IMC)
DN is working side by side with several companies in the market of the In Mould Cotings and is able to to suggest the right IMC for our own PU systems or if needed to supply it directly
Flame retardants
DN is exclusive agent for Italy of Cellular Technology ‘s flame retardants https://cellulartechnology.eu/ , branch of Cellular Technology USA and is able to supply dedicate products for Slab , Flessible Foam and forniture .
Flame retardant not alogenated and largely approved from the Automotive and Slab Industry in Europe.
Process Additives
With 36 year of experince of his founder, DN is able to supply additives to add to normal PU systems offering dedicate performances for example :
- Light soles additives able to decrease the apply density of the soles polyester based for sandals, slippers and safety shoes, without major changing on final performances
- Vegatable oil mixture to add to the polyol side ( polyether ) to decrease the use of oil products ( available certification if needed )
- Additive for polyester prepolymers for footwear to decrease the melting point and improve mechanical properties
